What does diversity mean?

Managing diversity is the process of creating and maintaining an environment that naturally enables us all to contribute to our full potential and achieve the best possible results for ourselves, and for the company.

Why is it important?

It’s simply common sense that a diverse group of people bringing different perspectives to the table produce better problem-solving, greater creativity and innovation, leading to more successful relationships with our customers.
