We start with your requirements

You'll be assigned your very own specialist consultant, who focuses on your specific IT recruitment area and geographical market.
Working collaboratively with you, we discuss your needs in depth, preferably in a face-to-face consultation or over the telephone.
We'll draw up a bespoke recruitment solutions plan - your very own Blueprint - and update you throughout the recruitment process.

We don't just send you CVs - we source, qualify and shortlist the most suitable IT professionals from our extensive database, sending you only the best and most relevant CVs:

Making sure you meet the right people for your role

Interviews will be arranged with your shortlisted candidates at times and dates convenient to you.
Through promotion of your company and the role, you will meet IT professionals who are really serious about your vacancy, and working for you.
We know our candidates, and more importantly, we know how to manage our candidates - we will brief them in full so they attend your interview, on time, and at the right location.
Providing insight throughout the interview process, we advise you on interviewees' feedback, attitude and outlook.

Solutions for all your contract needs

Impossible request? Tight deadline? Not a problem. Contract staff meeting your criteria can be sourced, qualified and interviewed by us.
With considerable experience in project work, we can source individual IT contractors or put together a team of contract IT specialists, in a short timeframe, to meet your project's requirements.
We also organise back office support for contract staff, including online timesheets, ensuring the contractors are paid in full and on time. This means contractors can focus on delivering you results as we take care of their payment.

Post-placement follow up

Meeting your expectations and fulfilling your requirements - it's what we aim to do. So, as per your bespoke Blueprint, we follow through with after-placement care tailored to your needs.
Continuing our relationship with both you and your new employee, we'll contact you, and where agreed, visit you onsite, for project updates and feedback. We'll endeavour to address any issues that may have arisen.
