Fintech Festival in Singapore

Singapore FinTech Festival – Bringing together a series of distinct FinTech events in a week that includes Hackcelerator Demo Day, Innovation Lab Crawl, FinTech Awards, FinTech Conference, Tech Risk Conference, RegTech Forum, and a grand closing party. This is a festival that everyone can be a part of whether you’re a start-up, tech company, investor, financial institution, research institute or innovation professional.

By bringing together the global financial community, this has attracted the big banks in Singapore such as Citi, DBS and UOB as well as other tech companies like IBM that work closely with banks especially in the changing landscape of digitalisation. This is one of the largest gathering of the financial and tech community in Singapore.

The FinTech Festival was the perfect opportunity for a professional in this industry to find out about the latest solutions and research in this evolving tech world.

Computer Futures in Singapore

As tech specialists in the market, Computer Futures in Singapore sent their team down to attend the conference and exhibition in an attempt to connect with like-minded individuals in the global financial community which consists of various tech companies and banks. It was a fruitful one week conference and 2-days exhibition where interactions between different start-ups, financial institutions, tech companies and innovation professionals were made possible. This definitely gave our team an insight to understand and learn about the new solutions and research that are coming into the market. The Computer Futures team definitely took back a new understanding for the industry.

Going beyond that, the Computer Futures team was able to connect with professionals in the industry and understand their needs in the market as well as the general lack of talent within the tech community locally. This was crucial to us in sourcing for the right talent for our clients as well as for Singapore. This further enhanced the importance of attracting foreign talent to assist and grow the local pool of talent.
