A large medical device company needed to staff a substantial IT project requiring 50+ consultants across a range of technical disciplines. Their CF account manager took the time to understand the project, giving them the confidence to work with CF exclusively and allowing him to book candidates directly into their calendar for screening. Working to our SAME DAY GUARANTEE we had 12 fully qualified consultants booked in for screening before 10pm that evening. The client still hasn’t needed to use another vendor to staff this project.
