CPN/Community Psychiatric Nurse
Location: North West
Rate: DOE
IR35 - inside
Duration: 3 month contract (initially)
Skills required: Registered mental health nurse
We are currently looking for a number of RMNs who have experience working as a CPN within a community setting. As the Community Psychiatric Nurse you'll be required to oversee a number of care packages to ensure best use. Also you'll be managing complex cases for patients with long term mental health problems, so experience working with complex cases previously is essential.
Day to day duties:
-Managing a case load of clients in the community with complex and long term mental health problems.
-Care coordinating clients, ensuring regular CPA reviews for all on your case load.
-Liaising with community providers.
-Handling safeguarding issues and escalations.
