Job description:

• Manage large and complex informatics-related initiatives in commercial environment with multiple, at times regional and global stakeholders
• Work closely with Product Managers, IT Business Partners, Business stakeholders and your teams to achieve product-defined outcomes
• Responsible for work orchestration/allocation, ensuring the teams have the ongoing capability and capacity to deliver expected outcomes
• Help to define project management best practices for a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering value to business stakeholders, customers and patients
• Act as a subject matter expert and coach to the team in Agile methodology, tool usage, decision making process following the proper guidelines

Candidate's profile:

• Experience in work related to IT software development with excellent understanding of software development practices, preferably in healthcare industry
• Experience initiating and managing large and complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in coordinating teams and managing IT programs of local/global scope in a multicultural environment
• Experience as a Scrum Master is a plus
• Proficient in English and Japanese is a MUST
