Responsible for overall delivery of data network and voice services. Provide management of network operations across multiple technology domains (Voice, Video, Data, Call Center, and network applications).
- Proven experience managing complex Network infrastructure.
- Technical knowledge and experience with converged infrastructure, switching / routing in a large and complex network.
- Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, Multicast, STP, VTP and Virtual LAN's and Trunking; Network Security, Netflow, IPSLA, and VPN technologies
- Vendor management experience
- Business level Japanese/English
- Industry certifications such as ITILv3 Certification, CCNP, CCIE highly preferred
- Experience working with a large Managed Service Provider
- Experience working with transport providers
- Experience with network tools
