Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with markets/therapeutic areas to understand patients.

* Analyze business requirements through research (interviews/workshops/documentation).

* Collaborate with developers and testers.

* Document confirmed business processes and implemented Product features

* Write / review UAT scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing, as needed.

* Support and/or facilitate system demos

* Build and maintain a deep and broad understanding of the external market for user experience

Qualifications:

* Experience in product/business analyst roles.

* Familiar with user experience.

* Experience with digital experience solution or Case Management or CRM such as Salesforce HealthCloud implementation is preferred but not required.
