You will be working as a Salesforce Administrator within a small technical team both in the UK and internationally as well as wider IT divisions across a global organisation.
You are motivated in taking ownership in designing complex solutions in the full life cycle whilst handling a range of functions including workflows, formula fields, assignment rules and testing new programs.
Having the chance to be involved in large scale digital transformation projects is right up your street and you would be eager to have this exposure to continue your own Salesforce development.
Your focus will be successfully migrating operational processes to Salesforce whilst minimising the impact on daily operations. Your solution focused approach will be key in successfully navigating technical challenges and issues throughout your working week.
You enjoy working in an agile environment where you can identify ways to improve processes, utilise knowledge of new feature launches to ensure systems are secure and compliant.
You enjoy interacting with the user community, supporting in training and delivering on enhancement requests.
You can expect to communicate with a user base of around 2000, frequently using Salesforce different data tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.
You will be able to flex your experience using Sales and Service Cloud with the chance to also get hands on with Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
You will spend most of your time remote working with a trip into the main London office 3-4 times a month.
You have the opportunity to gain further Salesforce certifications and a starting salary of up to £45,000 per annum dependent on level of experience.
