The Role: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. Your extensive experience will be instrumental in crafting scalable technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and project managers, you will deliver exceptional solutions that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development cycles for Salesforce projects, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyse business needs, translating them into effective technical solutions utilising the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop custom applications, integrations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement within existing implementations.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, consistently delivering successful Salesforce projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configurations.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with frameworks like Angular or React is advantageous.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sales, Service and CPQ Cloud experience
