CRM Platform Lead - Your chance to own a Product Roadmap for a FTSE250 business

So you already know your way around Marketing Automation, but wouldn't you like to be the order-maker instead of just an order-taker?

You can take your career to greater heights by owning the product roadmap within a FTSE 250 business who are on a journey to revolutionise their use of CRM for marketing

You'll be part of setting the feature roadmap for a freshly-completed migration from an outdated CRM to the full awesome power of the enterprise version of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

If you want to push boundaries, test new ideas and set the tone for data-led, immersive, engaging, personalised client communications across multichannel touchpoints then this is the place to do it.

The CRM team here has already been shaped for future success, so you don't need to be building any function from scratch. You'd be coming into a role set up to succeed.

As the CRM Platform Lead you would manage relationships with stakeholders both internal and external, including with Salesforce themselves, consulting partners and technology teams within the group.

You will manage the prioritisation strategy for new marketing technology features. You'll be the day-to-day link between marketing and the Client Technology teams, external tech partners and Salesforce themselves.

You'll also get to be involved with some of the most cutting-edge marketing software integrations available today, including Litmus and Moveable Ink.

You don't need to have worked with Salesforce Marketing Cloud if you've managed a marketing automation platform before. So if you've worked with the likes of Hubspot, Mailchimp, Eloqua, Pardot or Marketo that's all good.

You'll get to be involved in making sure the new features are adopted and understanding the needs of the business to create requirements for the tech teams to follow.

This is the ideal chance for you to take on more strategic authority whilst remaining very involved in the end applications of Marketing technology. That's the dream, isn't it?

Being part of a global company you'll be supported with training opportunities both on-the-job and through attending courses and events, to keep you up to speed with the latest MarTech trends.

You'll get the backing you need and the recognition you deserve, along with countless opportunities to experience new challenges and enhance your abilities.

This is the ideal environment to nourish your innovation. Where your ideas are valued and you have the freedom to challenge any decisions or assumptions made by people, irrespective of their position or title within the group.

This would be an ideal step from a current role as a Marketing Automation Consultant or Marketing Automation specialist. If you've even been a user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud this could be an advantage.

The team works on a hybrid basis, from home 3 days a week and 2 days in their comfortable state-of-the-art office in central London.

The base salary is £60,000 - £65,000 plus 12% flex allowance for benefits like private medical for you & family, plus 10-15% annual bonus, making a total financial package of £73,000 - £82,000

You also get 2 extra days off a year for voluntary work and a comprehensive onboarding process giving you the confidence to make this career move.

The company culture is perhaps best described by someone working there already - "Everybody collaborates to get the work done, everybody cares about what they do, everybody is friendly and there's a lot of opportunity to progress."

Don't worry if your CV isn't up-to-date, just reach out and we'll see if this is the right role for you.
