Your wellbeing and delivering great Salesforce results for customers go hand-in-hand
You don't have to be all yoga, meditation & vegan cuisine to understand the importance of prioritizing yourself. That may be a strange thing to read in a job advert, but this is a company where 'people-focused' isn't just a buzzword.
You can be working with clients who aren't in it for the money, but looking out for their members. Using your project management skills to help empower non-profits with CRM systems that allow them to focus on their missions.
You'll be part of a team with empathy at its core. This is a supportive, relaxed and collaborative environment where no person is an island. You're treated as a person not just a resource, enabling you to fulfil your potential.
Sustainability for staff is practiced and not just preached. Alongside the flexibility of remote working, you'll also be able to maintain your other life commitments with the freedom to structure your working hours around your personal life.
Your health & development will also be supported with paid gym memberships (up to £100per month), commitment to regular reflective processes and funding & support for relevant training (e.g. Agile 2) and certifications.
As a CRM Project Manager around 80% of your projects will relate to Salesforce implementation, with many larger-scale projects spanning up to 18 months. So you'll really be able to get your teeth into the coordination and budget management.
You'll be joining a large strong team which includes some of the strongest technical consultants in this field, so the ability to manage high value projects is a must.
We all know the non-profit world isn't all sunshine & rainbows, as client budgets are often restricted and customers aren't always as well organized as in the private sector, so you'll need to be able to demonstrate your affinity to the non-profit sector.
If this sounds like an environment which will float your boat then please reply for more information, or drop me (Brian Collyer) a message on LinkedIN to arrange a chat
