2. Job description

- ScrumMaster of 1-2 teams
- Ensuring team is following the Scrum guidelines
- Ensures team achieves planned deliverables
- Improving performance of the agile teams
- Coach team to self-organize
- Proactive resolution of impediments
- Extensive experience in SAFe and lean-agile practices
- Worked in Software delivery programs more than 5+ years
- Empathetic servant leader who mentors and coaches the team
- Raises transparency for the organization of what the team plans and delivers

3. Requirements:

- Bachelor in IT-related fields
- 5 years work experience
- necessary skills: SAFe and Scrum
- beneficial skills: Experience in CRM Projects
