[THE JOB]
Lead business opportunities by deeply understanding the consumers' needs. Lead the project by developing growth strategy and implementing comprehensive end-to end marketing initiatives.
- Work with Global and Regional team to understand the product portfolio within the category in charge.
- Understand local consumers, competitors and regulatory Healthy Ageing market in depth.
- Propose and build Go to Market strategy and entry recommendation based on prioritization of demand generation from Consumer (and HCP) space.
- Pathway to sufficient scale and profitability.
[THE CANDIDATE]
- Successful candidates will ideally have a mix of experience in Personal Healthcare (OTC, supplements etc) and Consumer Goods marketing.
- Very strong marketing & branding framework thinking, backed with facts and data-driven information.
- Track-record in product innovation and leading brand positioning with clear business accountability.
- Prior experience in marketing activation to understand growth models and consumer demand generation.
- Excellent communications skills with high level of fluency in Japanese and English
