This is a Technical Support position based in Tokyo.

The IT support engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting for customers, educating customers on product knowledge and develop positive relationships with project stakeholders creating a high level of customer satisfaction. The IT support engineer will need to have experience of working with application software and solving software issues for customers, as well as experience with technology such as CRM app, telecom, SaaS.

  • Native Japanese language skill.
  • Technical support experience on software type solutions.
  • Experience working with B2B customers.
  • Experience with CRM solutions is a plus.
