As a senior member of the Technical Support team, you will be working primarily with enterprise customers to assist in the post-sales implementation, configuration, connectivity, and performance.

You will be the a triage member in resolving and troubleshooting issues that impact the performance on the customer-specific environments.

In addition to Native level Japanese and Intermediate English, you should have experience in the following areas:

  • 4+ years of recent Technical Support or similar experience
  • Strong experience and knowledge across at least 2 of the following technologies:
    • SQL / Database / RDBMS / Hadoop
    • Network (TCP/IP)
    • Business Intelligence Tools
    • OS: Linux, Windows
    • Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Quick learner: Able to ramp up quickly and understand the products
