As a senior member of the Technical Support team, you will be working primarily with enterprise customers to assist in the post-sales implementation, configuration, connectivity, and performance.
You will be the a triage member in resolving and troubleshooting issues that impact the performance on the customer-specific environments.
In addition to Native level Japanese and Intermediate English, you should have experience in the following areas:
- 4+ years of recent Technical Support or similar experience
- Strong experience and knowledge across at least 2 of the following technologies:
- SQL / Database / RDBMS / Hadoop
- Network (TCP/IP)
- Business Intelligence Tools
- OS: Linux, Windows
- Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure
- Quick learner: Able to ramp up quickly and understand the products
