- Conduct data analysis and Insight research on customer behavioral data by suing customer data
- Supports development of analysis strategy based on numeric facts that could be implemented to business
- Prepare the data to the table
- Provide support to Senior and manager
- Synthesizes diverse data sources to develops insights
- Coordinates with other researchers on projects
- Participates in development of insights and recommendations
- Presents research results staff level
- Experience with SAS, Tableau, SQL , SPSS (data table development and design skills)
- Experience in presentation of research results and creating a persuasive and compelling story
- Experience in synthesizing disparate research and data sources
- Strong analytic skills
- Skilled in presenting data visually to provide a clear story
