① General knowledge of ActiveDirectory and IAM
② Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure in general, such as network basics and server operation basics
③ User support (both L1/L2/L3)
④ Experience communicating with overseas members (multiple English meetings)
⑤ Experience using ITSM tools (ServiceNow is preferable)

・Experience in technical discussions and meetings with overseas members
・Business improvement experience using Power Automate and other automation tools
