What does diversity mean?

By its very definition, diversity means having a range of different things or people, and different ideas or opinions about something. In essence, it’s about giving everyone a fair opportunity, regardless of their background, age, gender, ethnicity, sexual preference, etc.

It’s been well publicised that the tech industry could improve its diversity, and here at Computer Futures we’re doing all we can to support inclusion. And we work with companies of all sizes across the world who also want to improve the situation.

The benefits of diversity and inclusion

With a diverse team, you’re ensuring a variety of opinions and perspectives can be shared. This can improve problem-solving, creativity, and innovation. And, more than that, it can help build successful, long-lasting relationships between the team and with customers.
