- Key information documentation
Following the findings of the Good Work Plan, the Department for BEIS has amended the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (the ‘Conduct Regulations’), to introduce a requirement to provide a key information document for agency workers.
If you begin working with us after April 6th you will be sent a key information document which will refer to the specific vendor set up you have chosen and detail all deductions that will be taken from your pay, and the gross amount that will be passed to you.
This document is intended to improve transparency of information for agency workers, particularly around pay. It will give agency workers more immediate access to key pay related information before agreeing terms with an employment business, and a clear idea of how any fees and deductions will affect their pay.
These documents do not include all relevant contractual information.
Below are links to key information documents for all four vendor setups that we can work with. These documents contain generic information to show you what your pay would look like depending on which vendor you choose.
The Intermediary or Umbrella Company Key Information document sets out key information about your relationship with us and the intermediary or umbrella company used in your engagement, including details about pay, holiday entitlement and other benefits.
The Off Payroll Vendor document sets out key information about your relationship with us and the intermediary or umbrella company used in your engagement, including details about pay, holiday entitlement and other benefits.
The Pay As Your Earn (PAYE) document sets out key information about your relationship with us, including details about pay, holiday entitlement and other benefits.
The Limited Company (ltd), or Personal Service Company (PSC), document sets out key information about your relationship with us, including details about pay, holiday entitlement and other benefits.
