1st Line Engineer
We are working with a charity organisation who require a 1st Line Engineer/Help Desk Engineer to join their infrastructure team, supporting internal users with their requirements.
As the Engineer you'll be required to support, troubleshoot and configure any issues that may occur.
This contract will initially be for 3 months.
Applicants must have experience within the following areas:
- Active directory
- Password resetting
- Troubleshooting of laptops
- Configuration of laptops and mobile phones
- Working on a service desk
