I have partnered up with an organisation and hiring manager in the South West England region who are looking for a Safeguarding Adults Lead.

They're looking for someone for the Adults Safeguarding Lead to support them for 6 months. You will be part of the Safeguarding Adults Team and be a Mental Capacity Act specialists across the organisation.

You will be supported by the manager and the Assistant Director of Nursing.

As the Adult Safeguarding Lead you will be providing advice, guidance and support to others across the service, around Safeguarding topics; (including, where needed, involvement in complex Safeguarding enquiries, and disseminating learning across their service areas). They will also ensure that relevant performance indicators and reports are completed as required.

As the Adult Safeguarding Lead your position will also involve providing training for staff and promoting best practice in Safeguarding and Mental Capacity. The Adult Safeguarding Lead will, where necessary, be required to represent the Trust and Boroughs at both internal and external meetings.

Although the position is in South West England, there is remote working available.
