Bit like the job market at the moment, there's so much out there especially for a Business Analyst! Should you really be loyal to a company, if they aren't going to reward you for your hard work? Not giving you the development they promised when you joined?
We're with a Business based in Bristol, Cheltenham and Manchester, they are looking for a passionate business analyst who's a people person. You'll be able to work remotely, although as with any BA position, you'll want to meet the customers your working with. So some infrequent travel to customer sites will be expected.
You'll be joining a BA team of 10 people, initially you'll be working with one customer but this will grow, once you have been given time to find your feet. Previous experience working on software projects, alongside software teams, will be beneficial. Full BA life-cycle experience, conception through to completion will allow you to progress quickly in this company. There's a clear progression path in this company, to Senior Ba, Principal BA and further down the line Head of.
If you enjoy working with people, building trust and forming new relationships internally and externally, this role will certainly give you the opportunity to excel in those parameters. You will be driving solutions, being adaptable and not just managing an agreed road map is key.
This business are huge supporters of further learning, whether it be professional or personal, if you want to continue to grow as a Business analyst this is the environment to be in. They will pay for all further certifications, 5 days training courses per year and provide 12 internal platform to keep your knowledge of software topped up.
- Salary - £55,000 - £70,000
- Benefits - Remote working, Annual Bonus (5-10%), Private medical cover, Group family insurance cover, 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday, 5% pension contribution.
