Business Analyst | £450 | Hybrid (London) | 6 Months | Outside IR35
The Role:
My client are looking for an experienced self-starting and well-rounded Business Analyst to support a complex regulatory and compliance led design and build of global payroll processes and solutions.
The successful service provider will be supporting the existing team to continue scoping business requirements for a new global payroll solution. Working closely with the business to capture requirements, the success of this assignment will be dependent on your ability to translate business requirements to enable the development teams to build the solution. You will be liaising with various global teams and need to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
The team will be working in agile sprints to deliver requirements for the product backlog. Requirements will need to be translated into user stories.

Key skills and responsibilities:
- Strong evident Business Analysis experience
- Strong experience of working with Agile Methodologies
- Experience of delivering an end-to-end payroll solution
- Working knowledge of GDPR
- Strong process mapping experience
- Ability to manipulate and interpret data
- Display commercial acumen
- Strong Atlassian Suite & MS product experience
- Experience of working on global projects
- Be adaptable and flexible
- Able stakeholder management
