The Role:

- Director of Technology, eventually stepping up to CTO potentially
- There is a Director of Engineering more focused on management, and this role will be more focused on the technical roadmap and management

Must Haves:
- Experience with SAAS, architecture, security
- Solid engineering background in software engineering
- Ideally around 10 years of experience as an engineer, 5 years as a manager
- Business English or above
- Conversational Japanese or above (speaking and writing)

Nice to Haves:
- Experience with large data platforms
- Fluent Japanese or above
