- Garthering and analyzing business requirements
- Assessing current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with developers, architects and other IT teams to implement solutions
- Experience with open or host system development
- Experience with Java and Cobol
- Business above Japanese level
- Experience with agile development is a plus
