I am currently working with a collaboration of 7 NHS Trusts that are looking to secure an experienced Business Analyst within the healthcare space to support with the delivery of their Digital Diagnostic Programme.

Suitable candidates must have worked on large scale, cross organisation projects previously to be considered. (Acute experience very desirable)

Other desired skills include: Ability to work at pace, must be an excellent communicator that can work with senior clinical staff, be proactive and put self in front of key stakeholders.

The role in Brief:

  • Ability to investigate, analyse, review and document Radiology, Pathology and IT Department functions in terms of "business" process and information that they use that will be changed or impacted by the Projects, across up to 7 different NHS Trusts
  • Have strong experience with facilitating workshops and delivering the required outputs from these - this will be required at a Project and Programme level
  • Must be very proficient in the documentation of as is / to be processes, noting that these will be principally clinical and require extensive engagement with the clinical workforce, across up to 7 different NHS Trusts. There will also be work with Trust IT Departments and their 3rd Party Suppliers to document the same but by nature this will be of a lower intensity than the clinical ones.
  • Build consensus by facilitating broad collaboration with clear communication
  • Create and/or collaborate with the Programme Team on Project deliverables such as
    • "Business" Requirements
    • User Stories
    • Technical Design Document (HLD, LLD)
    • Traceability Matrix
    • Highlight Reports
    • Business Continuity Processes
    • DPIAs
    • Clinical Safety Cases
    • Benefits Realisation
    • Stakeholder Engagement and Communications

This is an initial 3 month contract but has the scope to run into FY 23/24. The role is hybrid and candidate must be able to commute to London when required. The daily rate is £410 outside IR35.
