Phishing Engagement Analyst Design and manage an advanced phishing programme for all colleagues Manage the end to end phishing programme, including design approvals, tests, allow lists, stakeholder engagement and roll-out Manage supplier relationships in the advanced roll out of multiple phishing simulations to multiple colleagues every month Design and deliver a training programme on social engineering for colleagues who struggle to spot phishing (no punishments allowed, only different learning methods) Work with our Security Operations Centre to understand real phishing emails sent to colleagues & design advanced simulations based off these.
Run annual benchmarking simulations that compare our performance against others in industry Ensure monthly tracking and reporting to security leadership of phishing stats for all colleagues, clickers and repeat clickers Work with the wider security awareness team to ensure the phishing campaigns are aligned to other training initiatives
