Principal Developer - .Net Core + React - Tewkesbury

This business build bespoke software products and apps from scratch, in recent years their primary customer have expressed a huge interest in expanding their main software product, into a brand new cutting edge web product. They're based in Tewkesbury and have been growing since the early 2000's/

You will have the decision making authority to advise the team on specific languages and architecture on the product. Right now the plans are .Net Core paired with React, although the languages of choice are up debate, this where you can mould the right tech stack for the project infront of you.

Flexibility to work from home or in the office is reflected in a 80/20 split, home working to office working. Reason being the 20% in the office is due to their main client come down to the office to work with you. If you want to be in the office more, you're more then welcome.

This position is perfect for someone who is comfortable leading projects or wants to take step into leading a new modern team, whilst remaining very hands on technically and writing a lot of the high level architecture.

That said if you are a software developer with skills in C# or .Net Core, this business are hiring in different teams so apply and they will consider you.

Along with this brilliant role, the business offer a quality bonus scheme which they have received for the last 9 years, this is typically between 8-12% of you annual salary. 5% pension contribution which increase every year, a Christmas bonus on top of your annual bonus. Christmas and New Years Shutdown added on top of you 25 days annual leave + 8 Bank holiday days, remote working.
