Team is headed by a former FAANG engineer, offers a strong team structure with the ability to learn from more senior members and also transition into management for those interested.
● Establish product goals for implementing the product strategy
● Engage with design, engineering, and various business stakeholders (both internal and external) to efficiently rank product advancement
● Oversee the introduction of fresh products and feature enhancements across all phases of product development. This encompasses market research, product strategy, brainstorming, collecting and documenting requirements, creating wireframes and detailed designs, prototyping, setting up analytics requirements, development, deployment, analyzing post-launch data, and ongoing refinement based on product metric analysis.
● Employ speed, encourage innovation, embrace errors as learning opportunities, and craft exceptional products.
● Demonstrates strong critical thinking abilities, coupled with a rapid learning inclination, enabling adept cross-functional collaboration across unfamiliar domains. Swiftly recognises and enhances product and business shortcomings.
● Brings over 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 of these working in the Japan market orchestrating the expansion of intricate digital consumer-oriented products from inception to significant levels of user and revenue amplification.
● Boasts extensive proficiency in guiding engineers, designers, and business stakeholders (both internal and external) through iterative development cycles of digital and online products, culminating in sustainable business expansion.
● Showcases exceptional analytically proficiency, particularly in the realm of interpreting extensive product and user data. Proficiently identifies high-impact opportunities and promptly translates insights into actions to optimise product efficacy.
● Exhibits adeptness in steering discussions concerning product concepts, both visually (e.g. slide presentations, wire-framing, mapping) and in written form (e.g. reverse engineering documentation, requirements detailing).
● Possesses outstanding English language written and verbal communication skills. Japanese at conversational level or above
