I am looking for a Project Delivery Manger to join a key programme of work for one of our customers in Portsmouth. The successful candidate will be required to effectively manage the planning, delivery and quality of the technical solution, reporting, configuration, release, and service transition for the Programme, co-ordinating with the business design and change readiness workstreams.

The Project Manager will manage a number of project streams concurrently , working with stakeholders from the programme team, supplier, business and IT to produce accurate and achievable plans that support the overall Programme plan and enable the Programme to be successfully delivered.

Knowledge & Experience:

Knowledge of recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.

Experience of successfully planning and delivering projects, which may have an IS-enabled element proactively managing issues and risks.

An awareness of organisational change management techniques

An awareness of the key stages of a new system implementation project

Skills Required:

Able to demonstrate that they can effectively plan the work of themselves and others

Can demonstrate a systematic, analytical approach to problem solving

Able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation

Attention to detail, and able to produce high quality, accurate reports and documentation
