As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and prioritising the features and functionality of the Salesforce Sales Cloud product to meet the needs and expectations of the end users and stakeholders.
• Evaluating and validating the work generated by the software scrum team and ensuring that the product delivers maximum value and performance.
• Creating and maintaining a product road map that aligns with the strategic vision and goals of the organisation.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, testers, customers, and senior management, to gather feedback and requirements, communicate progress and status, and resolve issues and risks.
• Managing daily goals and schedules, facilitating meetings, and overseeing product releases.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or a Salesforce certification is a plus.
• At least two years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or a similar role in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• A strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud features, functionality, best practices, and integration capabilities.
• A solid understanding of agile methodologies, scrum processes, and product management principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for creating products that solve customer problems and deliver value.
