I am currently working with a retail client based in Manchester who are looking to embark on an exciting Salesforce roll out this year. Due to the pandemic this project is expecting to start in September and will be for a duration of 6-9 months.

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator and a Salesforce Business Analyst to help deliver this project to a high standard. If you feel you have the required skills/experience below then we would love to hear from you.
Required Skills/Experience
  • 3+ Years Salesforce Experience, preferrably with at least 1 of those years working withint he retail sector
  • Full project life cycle experience
  • Previous experience with or a solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Stakeholder management
  • Certifications - ADM 201, Service Cloud Consultant (Desirable)
