A Salesforce Manager is needed for a luxury organisation based in Central London. This role is vital within the business and Salesforce is heavily invested in.
The Salesforce Manager will be the subject matter expert within the business and will be responsible for coordinating the Salesforce system, create the strategy and roadmap and mange integrations like Pardot. They will be building strong relationships with all stakeholders, review the current system, understand current business processes, provide recommendations to enhance the system and be responsible for the delivery.
The role will need someone who will create ways to maximise engagement, and manage a small team of Salesforce professionals for projects and processes.
The business has a friendly atmosphere, 4 day week, hybrid working and lots of travel opportunities.
Essential Skills:
- 3+Years Hands on Salesforce experience
- Sales and service cloud experience
- Knowledge and practice of Agile
