I am looking for a scrum master who will be joining an established team and your main role as Senior Scrum Master will be to manage a large and complex Agile programme, demonstrating the ability to facilitate organisational design and change. You are required to build the team into a community, lead and influence that team, resolve any conflicts that may occur and develop a coaching and training programme to regularly provide feedback. This will be for a big opportunity at a leading university.

When managing the team, it is your responsibility to coach the team on delivering added value, effective practices, and also coach the leadership teams to create an environment where Agile principles are adopted.

You as the scrum master will have the following experience:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years experience working as Scrum Master
  • Ability to manage 10 or more team members
  • Strong Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Outcomes focused rather than output
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HIGHER EDUCATION TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE.
