Security and Infrastructure Specialist opportunity to join a highly successful Automotive Technology company based near Portsmouth.

Security & Infrastructure Specialist - up to £80,000 + Bonus

Hybrid remote working. This is a great opportunity for someone who can own the space within the role, you will self-manage and will be report only into the CEO. This will suit someone with experience of security operations as you will have visibility of the whole security space within the organisation.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Be responsible for the development of the IT Security Policies and systems, including driving the company's certifications e.g. NIST, ISO 9001, FedRAMP.
  • Be responsible for the company's hardware, software and office physical infrastructure.
  • Support, monitor and lead the modernisation of our Azure infrastructure.
  • Be responsible for development and monitoring IT Security functionality.
  • Be responsible for the company's security monitoring systems.
  • Be responsible for the backup solutions, including making recommendations for improvements and planning for future requirements.
  • Support the completion of security questionnaires from our customers.
  • Work with developers to advise them on good practices and evangelise a security-first approach.
  • Maintain the company's Data Room.
  • Maintain your own knowledge in terms of the latest developments within IT Security and Business Continuity.
  • Improve our engineering standards, tooling and processes.
  • Be empowered to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
