I am currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to work for a large retail company - 2 days per week in the London office £850 per day INSIDE IR35.

Candidates that have worked on ecommerce payment processing at a payment gateway, are preferred. If they have retail experience it would be a bonus

As Product Manager for Customer Not Present payment, you will drive the strategy and day-to-day execution for ecommerce and digital payment processing at ***. Your product drives customer frequency and spend by balancing payment liability with delivery of a world class friction-free checkout experience.

Europe's biggest grocery home delivery websites and apps already use your product. You will lead your in-house product squad to iterate a payment capability platform, enabling customer propositions to be quickly tested and optimised. *** invests heavily in innovation to meet new and emerging customer needs. Online marketplaces, on-demand delivery (*** Whoosh), robot and drone delivery, checkout-free stores (*** GetGo), and more.

  1. Payment processing domain expert. Ecommerce payment processing gained by building a Payment Service Provider or Gateway.
    2. Has delivered change in a Retail environment (in-store, online)
    3. Leadership of an API or platform product to create new lines of business
    4. Efficient in stakeholder management
    5. Able to influence and guide partner product teams
    6. Business process mapping, workflow optimisation, human centred design
    7. Technically competent to influence and understand the solution context and approach (legacy, tactical, strategic) and trade-offs in software development choices
    8. Built scalable, resilience transactional services as part of a wider service orientated architecture for multiple consumers and front-end apps to use, e.g., Tills, Online
    9. Demonstrates progress against Objectives and Key Results
    10. Has taken multiple ideas through the software development lifecycle, from conception to go-live and ongoing optimisation
