The Senior Technical Support will work closely with customers to perform troubleshooting, identifying issues, replicating them, and fixing them.
You should be able to communicate in Native Japanese and Intermediate English, and possess some experience in the following areas:
- Experience in Post-Sales Technical Support
- Experience with networking technology or enterprise software
