The successful Senior Software Tester will be working on new and existing projects in the test and deployment of software products and solutions.

My client are a leading global manufacturer of vacuum products working on innovative products and the partner of choice for 1000's of clients in critical applications across the world.

They currently require a Senior Software Test Engineer to join their team in a very hands on role working in a small team within an agile environment, building up the teams automated and manual test processes so that regression tests and end to end testing can be performed on the products reducing release times.

The purpose of the role will be to help improve the whole test scenario and improve infrastructure and the overall Testing experience improving validation

If you have experience testing on real equipment or industrial control systems that would be golden.

Role - Senior Test Software Test Engineer

Location -hybrid / remote working

Salary - £45K dependant on experience and current level

Experience - 3 years

The skills

• 3 years of relevant experience creating Automated tests for back-end applications so Python and PowerShell knowledge required
• Experience creating automated tests for API testing for web applications (Python, JavaScript, Postman)
• Experience with VMs
• Experience conducting exploratory & manual testing.
• Experience of working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
