As Head of Service Management you will be responsible for leading and developing the Service Management function across IT Services. Ensuring that all the services provided or managed by the ITS are meeting specifically defined targets. You will also be responsible for developing an engagement strategy ensuring that IT Services has an effective approach and ensuring all services are optimised to deliver appropriate technologies.
