I am currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support an NHS Trust.

This is a 1st line support role and the main duties are to diagnose, resolve or escalate IT issues. The Service Desk Analyst will report directly to the IT Desk Manager.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience within a 1st line support role and will have outstanding communication skills.

This is an on-site role based in London and the rate is £150 pd outside IR 35.
