Salesforce - Social Media Campaign Specialist

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Start Date: October 2020
Rate: £300-£400 per Day dependant on experience

Computer Futures are seeking a well-organised Social Media Campaign Specialist for a key Real Estate client of ours in Central London. The ideal candidate will know how to tell a good story, is quick to adapt to the ever-changing social media landscape and can pull metrics to prove success.

The individual must have either Pardot, Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud experience - all 3 would be advantageous, however you will be working alongside the Salesforce Developer so can learn new skills as you go.

What you will need to be able to do:

-Use social media marketing to listen, analyse, publish, and engage across networks. Align your marketing, customer service, and sales efforts on social - strengthening customer relationships.

-Plan, execute, and track social media marketing campaigns. Customise and craft your content from multiple sources, while protecting your brand with configurable approval rules and a full audit trail

- Respond to your customers in a timely manner with compelling content. Monitor your owned social channels and participate in conversations at scale.

- Use social insights to drive marketing decisions.


- Experience using Social Studio

- Experience in a similar role for a Real Estate company
