The role of the Tech Lead is based in London and is within the IT industry and will oversee technical delivery of multiple engineering teams.
You will oversee the delivery of teams comprising of Infrastructure, Software, Test, Data and Scrum Master roles. You will be responsible for the technical outcome of team sprints.
You will be Delivering technical specification of products and services through co-operation and collaboration with the Technical Architecture, test, data and infrastructure leads.
There will be Day to day guidance and management of the Software Engineering teams.
As a Tech Lead, you'll be responsible for creation, adoption, influence and implementation of processes, procedures, and controls to ensure safe delivery of products and services.
Expert in execution of technical architecture specifications, build and test of services in-line with the Enterprise Reference Architecture based on business needs.
The Tech Lead needs a track record of leading Agile software development teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, lead teams, and handle challenging situations with perseverance and professionalism is expected of a Tech Lead.
The Tech Lead should also:
- Be fluent in multiple languages & frameworks such as .Net Core, Go, Python
- Have experience with APIs - Can recognise differences in approach and drive good design when creating them.
- Have commercial experience with cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Google) as part of delivering software systems to customers.
The role is based in London, within the IT industry, however there could be remote based working, as long you can come to the office based in London.
