Technical Trainer (CF-33930984)

I am looking for a Technical trainer, to join a large retail client on a 6 month initial contract, rolling out training for a new software.

6 month initial contract

1 - 2 days on average a week onsite

Hertfordshire based

We are looking for a trainer to come in and assist the teams rolling out a new software

As the trainer, you will be responsible for;

• Assisting teams that are using the systems, training and helping them to keep growing, improving and learning
• Developing documentation and training on what you need and a step by step.
• Running workshops/drop in clinics for best way to do this

Experience required;

• Knowledge and training to identify best way of doing this
• Translate the needs and software into something that is transferable across teams and varying stakeholders
• Developing documents

The specific software experience is not essential, however having a technical awareness and rolling out any tech/software training before is advantageous
