My client has an exceptional cloud-based product that is used globally by big brands that would be recognisable household names. They have heavily expanded their team in 2020 even through the challenges this year has brought and have strategy road map to keep growing for the rest of 2020 and well into 2021 hiring exceptional talent in Ireland.
They are expanding their Product team in Dublin and are looking for product professionals who have worked with technical software products in an agile environment previously and ideally have some experience with market research / design thinking. You will have collaborate with / influence other functions by effectively communicating complex concepts. You will have used quantitative and qualitative research techniques including the following: Surveys, online and phone. Conducted customer interviews, produced detailed reports on your findings.
This role reports into the Product Manager, you will a global multi-functional product and technology team and will play an important role in the definition and development of new product features and processes. You will help to define the product vision, and will be involved in elective research projects to benchmark their functionality and investigate what features we should prioritise on their roadmap. Work with their agile software development teams to explain and clarify requirements and any additional challenges that occur during the development process. Foster a data-driven culture, enable the business to make more informed decisions through data & analysis while using your expertise in developing data flow diagrams to determine data flow characteristics and requirements.
