Senior System Administrator (CF-33912812)

Senior System Administrator - excellent working knowledge of Azure Gateway / Azure Networking / Linux / Scripting in Automation Powershell / Bash.

Currently my client has virtualised servers in Azure, moving to Docker & Kubernetes in Azure !

Seeking to hire several System Administrators to maintain, upgrade and manage their applications and cloud environment (Azure).
You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
What is key is to have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Fast moving environment, formalising their process and structures
Approx. 400 employees and is set to double in size in the next 12 months.
Although this role covers Infrastructure, Applications and Cloud - in the near future its moving much towards Cloud and Linux

Salary: DOE up to €80k with Bonus, Educational Assistance, Pension, Income Protection, Life Assurance

Location: Remote. As a team they meet once a week on Wednesdays in Dublin City. This can be for a few hours.

Both OS and Application management experience in Azure
Azure 1-5 years' experience :- Azure Gateway, Azure Networking
Scripting in Automation - Powershell or Bash / Python
Docker / Containers / Monitoring / Kubernetes - useful but can be thought
Databases and applications (RDBMS/ NoSQL /Mongo/Raven/mariaDB, Apache, Nginx etc)
System security (how does Sentinel / Defender work ) and data backup/recovery
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Fast paced, constantly changing environment not a rigid mind-set
Useful - Professional certifications related to Azure, Networking, Operating Systems, Applications
