My client has an exceptional product that is used globally by big brands that would be recognisable household names. They have heavily expanded their team in 2020 even through the challenges this year has brought and have strategy road map to keep growing for the rest of 2020 and well into 2021 hiring exceptional talent in Ireland.

Their offices that are based in Dublin, everyone is WFH right now, they are open to interviewing Technical Writer candidates for this role who are based anywhere in Ireland that would require to work full time remotely. If the candidate was based in Dublin that would be ideal, however they are open to looking at a remote option, once you are based in Ireland.

In your role as Technical Writer you will work with their global technical, product and marketing teams, playing a vital role in the distribution of product and technical information including new product features and processes to both internal and external audiences. This client's name would look exceptional on your cv for your career going forward.

Currently they do not have a Technical Writing department. How exciting that you will get to make your own mark in this area for the business. You will be fully mentored and supported by their Head of Product who will oversee you building out their document management process. You will have the decision on deciding what communication and publishing tools they will use. Their UX team use Adobe Framemaker but they are open to what ones you want to use such as MS Office, G-Suite etc

Your background:- Strong at writing from a technical perspective, making that information accessible to both technical and none technical audiences. You must have previously created documentation that contains technical elements. Have the ability to simplify complex situations using your analytical and problem solving skills. You have worked closely with the software development and user teams. Working with technical products you will have the ability to write new features, new guides, knowledgebase articles and ideally internal API documentation.
