Jonathan is a subject matter expert within IT Contract solutions in Japan and has an extensive understanding of Japanese Employment Laws. He currently leads the IT Contracts Team which covers a wide range of tech roles. He also personally focuses on client sales and senior account management within Financial Services & Fintech.
After 10 years of recruitment experience in London and Tokyo, and 9 years of running his own business, Jonathan has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in successfully building and managing large teams within the complex IT Contracting market. This makes them a valuable business partner; whether it’s for clients looking for solutions towards skill shortages or IT professionals looking for their next project.
Originally from Germany, Marco is a well experienced senior recruiter who has been with us since 2016.
He is one of the pioneers in setting up our IT Contracts division and has since developed valuable and long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. He also champions for customer experience internally as he sees the value in providing excellence customer service.
Marco's strengths lie in introducing project-based individuals for the ever changing and challenging IT transformation projects within Gaishi-kei companies. Over the years, he has helped to expand the team to partake in various projects and clientele.
Kazuhiro started his career in the IT recruitment industry at a foreign IT recruitment agency in 2012 after returning from New Zealand, where he had lived for 12 years. His experience overseas has allowed him to connect with people of different cultures in Japan.
Since joining us, his main areas of expertise includes senior management roles, development engineers, infrastructure engineers, and support engineers for contract positions. He is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed about the local labour market and has supported many of our candidates as a career consultant as well as our clients in their contract solutions.
Miliya came to Japan five years ago and completed her master's degree at Rikkyo University in Japan.
Since her graduation, she has been using her multilingual talent in various sales jobs in Japan which has led to her great success. Her enthusiasm and persistence are synonymous with her attitude towards work and the roles she find for her candidates. As she listens carefully to your needs in achieving your career goals, she has also touched many through her passion and dedication.
Teren is originally from the US and has spent more than 10 years in Japan. He has been working in contract recruitment for Financial Service for several years and is connected with a large diverse talent pool in the Tokyo market.
He has made his career in recruitment supporting Investment Banks and Insurance firms with skilled contract professionals in IT Infrastructure.
Since joining the team, Teren has been steadfast in further pushing the Financial Service recruitment business with his experience and knowledge of the market.
Brandon is from the US and came to Japan about 9 years ago.
After graduating from University, he worked various jobs in Tokyo but eventually found a love for recruitment.
He is now part of the contracts team where his current focus is to continue developing a strong network of Developers.
He is passionate about working closely with clients in Japan to understand their needs and provide the best talent available in the market.
