Below are the details I have so far:
- Day Rates - £150-£225
- Inside IR35
- 3 days a week on site in Leeds
- 4 months initially (potential to extend)
Essentials:
- Customer Service telephone manner - you will be working with a global team
- Working with a chat facility
- Analyse problems and solve
- Escalating problems with Team Manager
- Setting up access
- Picking up tickets
Desirable:
- ServiceNow
- Office365
- MFA - Multi-Factor Authentication
- F5
- RSA
- Teams
