* Acquire large merchants/retailers who will install service
* Manage complex contract negotiations and sales pipeline
* Acquire and manage Solution Provider who develop plug in module to adopt its service and support their clients
* Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in Salesforce.com and other reporting systems.
* Generate incremental transaction volume, payment volume, and buyer and seller awareness through large, strategic client acquisition

* 7 years of experience in B2B business development or complex sales engagements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Japanese)
* Excellent group collaboration skills, ability to impact and influence outcomes in complex environment
* Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities
* Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast paced environment
* Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management
